Executive Summary
This technical report outlines the proposed recovery methods for the Dingman Gold Project by Upper Canada Gold Corporation. The process design integrates a series of unit operations including crushing, grinding, screening, gravity recovery, flotation, and a Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuit. The objective is to produce a suitable sized product for gravity recovery, followed by flotation and cyanidation leaching to extract gold-bearing pregnant solution.
The gold is subsequently absorbed into carbon within the CIL process. The loaded carbon undergoes stripping via electrowinning, depositing gold onto cathodes which are then melted in a refractory oven to produce doré bars. Additionally, the report evaluates off-site processing of the flotation concentrate as an alternative to reduce capital costs and simplify permitting by removing cyanidation from the project site, though on-site processing was found to be more favorable.
