Endeavour Mining Assafo-Dibibango Gold Project: High-Efficiency Processing Circuit in Côte d'Ivoire

Endeavour Mining plc’s Assafo-Dibibango Project (ADP) is a high-potential gold mining development in Côte d’Ivoire, designed to process 5 million tonnes per annum (Mt/a) of fresh ore over a 15-year mine life. Located 170 km from the company’s Lafigué project, ADP will leverage proven processing technology to achieve 93.6% gold recovery, producing an estimated 3.85 million ounces (Moz) of gold.

  • Location: Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa
  • Owner/Operator: Endeavour Mining plc
  • Production Target: 354 koz/a average during peak years (Years 3-9)
  • Throughput: 5.0 Mt/a (dry basis) with 89% fresh ore blend
  • Processing Circuit: Three-stage crushing → HPGR → Ball milling → Gravity concentration → CIL leaching
  • Key Equipment: 42″ x 65″ gyratory crusher, HP6 secondary crushers, RPM20 HPGR, 6.71m x 11.8m ball mill
  • Gold Recovery: 70% via gravity circuit, 93.6% overall (94% design target)
  • Energy Efficiency: HPGR circuit reduces energy consumption vs conventional SABC configuration
  • Environmental Features: Cyanide management through thickening/recycling, ICMC-compliant tailings
  • Metallurgical Basis: Free-milling gold with high gravity-recoverable component (similar to Lafigué)
  • Life of Mine: 15 years (2027-2042) processing 72.8 Mt at 1.76 g/t average head grade
