Executive Summary

This section of the NI 43-101 Technical Report details the recovery methods and pilot plant results for the Invicta Gold Project. Based on locked-cycle test results, metallurgical balances were prepared for two tests conducted in a semi-continuous pilot plant using several tonnes of representative samples. The process successfully produced two distinct concentrates: a copper concentrate and a lead concentrate, with overall recoveries and grades summarized in the associated tables.

The conventional processing method utilized for the recovery of copper, lead, gold, and silver minerals involved grinding the mineralized material to a P80 of 200 mesh (75 micrometers) with the addition of zinc depressants in the mill. A bulk Cu-Pb concentrate was floated in the rougher-scavenger circuit, followed by a two-stage cleaning process. The second bulk cleaner concentrate was then processed in a separation circuit where lead minerals were depressed and copper minerals were floated, with the copper concentrate undergoing a final cleaning stage.

The metallurgical results indicated strong recovery performance for the target commodities. The lead concentrate assayed 52.87% Pb with 82.3% recovery, while the copper concentrate assayed 31.35% Cu with 81.5% recovery. Overall gold and silver recoveries before smelter deductions were calculated at 84.8% and 79.8%, respectively. The final concentrates are designed to be filtered, transported, and sold.
