Executive Summary
This technical report section outlines the recovery methods for the Neal Project. The project is currently not considered an advanced property under NI 43-101 definitions. Metallurgical studies and mill experience from the nearby Golden Eagle gold mine suggest that the primary pyrite-dominant sulfide vein material is non-refractory. It is amenable to whole-ore cyanidation as well as gravity concentration of free gold, with a sulfide concentrate produced in a flotation circuit.
Lab studies on mixed oxide-sulfide material reportedly recovered approximately 90% of the gold using gravity and flotation without cyanide. Direct whole-ore conventional milling with extended vat leach times is also expected to produce high recoveries over 90%. These methods are similar to operations in the Canadian Shield.
Further thorough study or bulk sample shipping to an existing mill is required to properly quantify gold recovery. Options include owning a custom mill or utilizing excess capacity at conventional milling operations in Nevada.
