- Processing Flow: Ore is trucked to the TGO plant, featuring a crushing circuit → single-stage milling → hybrid CIL circuit with leach/adsorption tanks.
- Gold Recovery: 87% metallurgical recovery via carbon adsorption, electrowinning, and smelting in an on-site gold room.
- Tailings Management: Thickened tailings stored in a paddock-type facility; capacity expandable to 10.5Mt.
- 2024 Upgrade: Added flotation circuit for refractory ore (rougher flotation + IsaMILL™ grinding) to process sulfide-associated gold.
- Throughput: Current tailings facility supports operations until mid-2027; dam height expansion planned.
