Executive Summary
The Technical Report on the Las Morras Exploration Concession was prepared for Fuller Capital Corp. and 2244182 Ontario Inc. with an effective date of October 25th, 2012. The Las Morras Property is located in the Extremadura region of Southwestern Spain, covering 6,816.12 hectares in Badajoz province. The property is held 100% by Lorica, a subsidiary of 2244182 Ontario Inc., with a business arrangement in place for Fuller Capital Corp. to acquire the securities. Infrastructure including road access, water, and power is excellent, and the region is actively promoting mining.
Exploration work to date has been limited, with soil sampling programs identifying two distinct anomalous zones. The largest zone measures 200 by 75 metres with gold values up to 2.7 g/t Au. Significant surficial gold has been found by local farmers, occurring as native gold nuggets and infilling cavities in quartz-rich pebbles. However, no bed-rock source has been identified, and the nature of in-situ gold mineralization remains unknown. The geology consists of upper Neoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks deformed during the Hercynian orogeny.
The project is classified as an early-stage, high-risk exploration gold project with no demonstrated economic viability. Future exploration efforts are recommended to focus on determining the source of surficial gold through geological mapping, trenching, and ground magnetometry surveys. A Phase One budget of $625,000 is recommended for the first year, including soil and rock sampling with a gravity finish, trenching, and geophysics. A Phase Two budget of $1.5 million is contingent on Phase One results, including 3,500 metres of scout diamond drilling and initial metallurgical testwork.
