Executive Summary

This section of the NI 43-101 Technical Report details the recovery methods and metallurgical assumptions for the project. As only a preliminary scoping level metallurgical study has been completed, accurate forecasts of metallurgical recoveries for the economic metals of interest are difficult to determine. Consequently, assumptions have been made to estimate recoveries based on limited test work, recoveries from similar ore deposits, and extensive experience in processing polymetallic and precious metals.

The processing flowsheet is designed to be flexible to handle two major ore types: MS (Massive Sulphide) and stockwork, each containing both oxidized and fresh ore. The conceptual process flowsheet consists of three-stage crushing followed by ball milling. The ground product undergoes conditioning with depressants for zinc and bulk lead-copper rougher flotation. Tailings from this circuit are sent to a zinc flotation circuit. For oxide ore processing, sulphidization reagents are added in the mill to enhance recoveries.

Final tailings from the polymetallic flotation circuit are directed to a cyanidation leach circuit for the recovery of gold and silver. The leached residue is subsequently subjected to flotation to recover cassiterite (tin). Metal recoveries and payable metal values are estimated for both MS and Oxide ore types, with specific assumptions regarding separation efficiency and payability percentages for each metal.
