The Preston Property processing operations are designed to wash, dry, and sort ROM sandstone to produce high-quality frac sand suitable for hydraulic fracturing. The crushing and wet-processing operations are weather-dependent, running from March through November, while the dry-processing plant operates year-round.
Historical production from 2014 to 2019 totaled over 5.12 million short tons of finished frac sand. Quality control measures, including laboratory sampling, are implemented throughout the wet and dry processing stages. Based on site visits and provided information, the current processing operations and equipment are deemed suitable for their intended purpose.
