Executive Summary
This technical report outlines the Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Invicta Gold Project, located in Huaura Province, Peru. A key operational assumption is that run of mine material will be trucked to a third-party toll processing facility located in Caraz, central Peru, rather than building an on-site plant. The toll treatment agreement covers receiving, weighing, sampling, processing, reagents, maintenance, and tailings deposition.
Metallurgical testwork indicates that conventional flotation technology is suitable for treating the mineralized material. The proposed flowsheet includes crushing, grinding via a rod mill and ball mill, and classification using cyclones. The flotation circuit consists of a bulk flotation stage for lead, copper, gold, and silver, followed by zinc flotation and a selective copper/lead separation circuit. Concentrates are thickened, filtered, and transported to third-party smelters.
The report assumes transportation logistics via national highways, with feed traveling 413 km from the project to Caraz and concentrates traveling 484 km from Caraz to the port of Callao. This processing selection is preliminary and subject to change based on further metallurgical studies.
