Executive Summary
This NI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared by SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc. in April 2019 for the Yellowknife Gold Project. The report serves to update the mineral resource evaluation previously disclosed by Tyhee Resources in September 2012. The 2012 feasibility study results are explicitly stated as no longer valid or current.
The technical report indicates that the Yellowknife Gold Project is no longer classified as an advanced property under NI 43-101 definitions. Consequently, the recovery methods section from the previous feasibility study is not required to support the updated mineral resource statement. The primary focus of this document is the replacement of the obsolete 2012 mineral resource evaluation with current data.
Due to the obsolescence of the 2012 feasibility study, specific operational details regarding mine design, mill complex, and recovery methods are not detailed in this section. The project status reflects a transition from advanced property status, requiring updated resource estimation rather than detailed engineering design validation at this time.
