Cotabambas Project — 2015 NI 43-101 Technical Report

The Cotabambas Project Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) outlines a conventional copper porphyry flotation concentrator plant designed to process sulphide, mixed, and oxide gold mineralization. The facility is planned with a nominal processing capacity of 80,000 tonnes per day, targeting a life-of-mine average concentrate grade of 27.0% Copper. The project utilizes open-pit mining methods and is currently in the development stage, with a mine life estimated at 17 years based on the resource model.

Minera La Negra — Technical Report

This technical report details the recovery methods and processing plant design for the Minera La Negra project. The concentrator has an operating capacity of 3,000 tonnes per day, utilizing a conventional crushing, grinding, and differential flotation process. The plant is designed to produce lead-silver, copper-silver, and zinc concentrates in sequential stages. The technical study is based on a processing rate of 2,500 tonnes per day, totaling 842,500 tonnes per annum, assuming three eight-hour shifts for 337 operating days per year.

Golden Quarry and Camperdown Mines — 2012 Technical Report

The Golden Quarry and Camperdown Mines Technical Report details the processing operations for New Dawn Mining Corp as of December 2012. The reduction plant is located at Golden Quarry Mine and processes mineralized material sourced from the Camperdown opencast, Wanderer underground, and Golden Quarry underground operations. The plant treats approximately 600 to 700 tons of mineralized material per day, with a throughput rate of 25 to 32 tons per hour. Material is transported via dump trucks and conveyors to a stockpile before entering the crushing circuit.

Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine — 2021 Technical Report

This NI 43-101 Technical Report details the recovery methods and processing plant operations at the Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine, operated by First Majestic Silver Corp. Mining and processing commenced in 1981, initially utilizing alkaline chlorination to passivate carbonaceous constituents. Due to increased chlorine consumption from sulfide sulfur, the facility transitioned to a whole ore roaster in 1989, which treats both carbonaceous and sulfide refractory materials. The roaster system utilizes oxygen to fluidize the bed and oxidize the mineralized material, achieving design recoveries of 87% to 90%.

San Agustin — 2025 Technical Report

The San Agustin Project is an open-pit mine located in Durango State, Mexico, operated by Heliostar. The facility utilizes a heap leach processing method to recover gold and silver from oxide and transition ore. As of January 2025, the project has a Life of Mine plan with a leach pad capacity of 64 Mt, of which 61 Mt had been stacked by September 2024. Crushing and stacking operations ceased in late September 2024, but leaching continues.

Thunder Bay North Project — 2025 Technical Report

This section of the NI 43-101 Technical Report outlines the proposed recovery methods for the Thunder Bay North Project. The report assumes a future run-of-mine (ROM) feed sale agreement with a local mining company. Under this arrangement, any ROM feed mined from the property would be sold to a local mining company and processed as individual batch lots at that company’s concentrator. It is explicitly noted that no such agreement is currently in place at the time of this study.

Valenciana Mines Complex — 2025 Technical Report

The Valenciana Mines Complex (VMC) utilizes two primary processing facilities owned by GSilver subsidiaries: the Cata processing plant and the El Cubo (CMC) plant. As of the report date, the Cata plant serves as the primary processing facility for mineralized material extracted from the VMC, with a full capacity of 1,200 tonnes per day. The El Cubo plant, located approximately 20 km away, was utilized as a backup or alternative facility prior to the full re-opening of Cata in December 2022. Both facilities process sulphide concentrates containing silver and gold, which are subsequently sent off-site for smelting and refining.
