Mana’s SABC and CIL Plant Recovered 90.8% of Gold From 22.8 Mt Between 2008 and 2017

This technical report section outlines the recovery methods for the Mana mineral processing plant. The facility has a nominal capacity of 4,000 mtpd, with expansion capabilities reaching 7,200 tpd for bedrock and 8,000 tpd for a saprolite/bedrock blend. The process involves crushing ROM ore, grinding via SAG and ball mills, and gold recovery through a Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuit.

Kombat Project — NI 43-101 Technical Report

The Kombat Project involves the refurbishment of the existing Kombat plant to treat open pit Run-of-Mine (RoM) material. The plant has a capacity of 30 ktpm and is designed to produce a copper concentrate with a target grade of 22% Cu. The processing circuit includes three-stage crushing and screening, rod and ball milling, flotation, concentrate thickening, and filtering circuits. Only the copper concentrate section will be refurbished, with no lead concentrate production.

Prairie Creek — 2021 Technical Report

This NI 43-101 Technical Report outlines the process design for the Prairie Creek project, developed by Ausenco based on metallurgical test programs from 2017. The proposed recovery method utilizes a combination of Dense Media Separation (DMS) pre-concentration followed by sequential flotation to produce lead and zinc sulphide concentrates. The design aims to increase throughput to 2,400 tonnes per day, utilizing some existing equipment refurbished from 1981/1982 alongside new installations for the DMS plant, grinding circuit, and flotation cells.

Willa Mine / MAX Mill — 2011 Technical Report

This technical report outlines the recovery methods and process design criteria for the WILLAMAX project, which combines the Willa Mine and the MAX Mill. Discovery Ventures Inc. has purchased the MAX Mill to process the Willa mineral, which responds well to conventional grinding and flotation conditions. The project aims to reactivate the mill, originally designed for molybdenum ore, to treat copper-gold-silver sulphide ore. The report details the adequacy of existing equipment and specifies necessary additions, including a gravity concentrator for coarse gold recovery and pH control circuits.

Mato Bula Deposit — Technical Report

The Mato Bula processing facilities are designed to treat a nominal 500,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) of gold-copper-bearing material from an open pit mining operation. The concentrator is engineered to produce a copper concentrate with high gold levels and a separate gold concentrate via gravity concentration. Additionally, a gold-bearing by-product from the flotation process, specifically gold-bearing pyrite, is planned for treatment using agitated cyanide leaching at an off-site facility, such as the proposed Da Tambuk process plant.

Preliminary Economic Assessment for the MacLellan, Farley Lake, Burnt Timber, and Linkwood Properties

The processing facility for the MacLellan and Farley Lake gold projects has been designed to ultimately process a nominal 2.63 Mt/a or 7.50 kt/d of a gold-silver mineralization. The mill will be built in two stages: in the first stage only sufficient equipment will be installed to permit the facility to process 1.31 Mt/a or 3.75 kt/d of material; the remaining equipment will be installed after four years to reach full capacity. This facility will produce an average of 145,092 troy oz/a of gold over the LOM and 198,763 troy oz/a of silver during the years when MacLellan is operation.

Contact Copper Project — 2013 Technical Report

The Contact Copper Project is designed as an open-pit, heap leach operation focused on copper recovery. The processing circuit begins with primary and secondary crushing to reduce ore to 100%-minus one inch, followed by stacking on a heap leach pad. Copper is leached using a weak sulfuric acid solution, which is then processed through a solvent extraction-electrowinning plant to produce high-purity copper cathodes on site.
