Executive Summary

The Longstreet Gold Project Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) was prepared by A-Z Mining Professionals Ltd. for Star Gold Inc. in 2014. The study is based on a mineral resource estimate by Agnerian Consulting Ltd. dated December 15, 2013. The project is located in Nye County, Nevada, within the Monitor Range. The deposit is an oxide gold-silver epithermal system suitable for open pit mining and heap leaching.

The PEA identifies a diluted mineral resource of 3.8 million tonnes at 0.714 g/t Au and 16.97 g/t Ag for Indicated Resources. The proposed mine life is 4.4 years with an annual throughput of 907,200 tonnes. The project requires pre-production capital of approximately $25.3 million and has estimated operating costs of $15.63 per tonne. Economic returns include an after-tax IRR of 21% and an NPV (10%) of $7 million.

Processing involves two-stage crushing (Jaw and Cone) followed by heap leaching with cyanide. Gold and silver are recovered via a Carbon-in-Column (CIC) adsorption circuit, desorption, and refining. Key risks include water sourcing, gold price variations, and permitting within the Inventoried Roadless Area.
