Nash Creek and Superjack Project — Technical Report No. 338

Company Callinex Mines Inc.
Consultant P&E Mining Consultants Inc.

Executive Summary

Section 17.0 outlines a preliminary process design flowsheet for the Nash Creek and Superjack Project. The design involves conventional three-stage crushing of run-of-mine material to a size suitable for pre-concentration in a Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant. The DMS facility design is pending further test work, with an assumption that the lower grade 50% of the feed will be rejected as waste with acceptable metal losses.

The DMS concentrate undergoes size reduction in a ball mill to a P80 of approximately 70 microns before entering a rougher-scavenger flotation circuit. This circuit produces zinc and lead rougher concentrates, which are upgraded in cleaner flotation circuits to marketable grades. The final concentrates are thickened and filtered for shipment to smelters, with silver expected to deport to both zinc and lead concentrates.

P&E Mining Consultants investigated off-site toll processing as a conceptual alternative. While viable and financially attractive, on-site processing is deemed more achievable and advantageous, allowing Callinex to leverage its district-scale land package for potential exploration upside.
