Executive Summary
This NI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared by SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc. in April 2019 for the Yellowknife Gold Project. The report serves to update the mineral resource evaluation previously disclosed by Tyhee Resources in September 2012.
