Updated Cerro Quema Pre-Feasibility Study — 2022 Technical Report

The Updated Cerro Quema Pre-Feasibility Study outlines the technical basis for the development of the Cerro Quema gold and silver project located in Panama. The project utilizes standard open-pit mining methods to extract ore from the La Pava and Quema-Quemita pits, with an estimated mine life of six years based on a modeled reserve of 21.7 million tonnes. The processing facility is designed to handle a throughput of 10,000 tonnes per day, utilizing heap leaching for oxide and mixed ore types.

El Castillo Gold Mine — 2021 Technical Report

This NI 43-101 Technical Report covers the El Castillo Gold Mine located in Durango, Mexico, operated by Argonaut Resources. As of December 2021, the mine operates as a ROM-only heap leaching facility following the discontinuation of ore crushing at the end of 2019. The operation treats approximately 24,000 tonnes per day of run-of-mine ore across two leach pads, the East and West pads.

Santa Fe Project — 2024 Technical Report (Recovery Methods)

This section of the 2024 Technical Report details the recovery methods for the Santa Fe Project, located in Nevada, USA. The project utilizes a standard heap leaching process designed to recover gold and silver from oxide and transitional ore types. The processing plant is designed for a throughput of 12,500 tonnes per day, with an expected annual throughput of 4.563 million tonnes. The mine is currently in the development phase, with processing scheduled to begin in Year 1.

Lavoie Project – 43-101 Technical Report

The Lavoie Project Preliminary Economic Assessment assumes ore will be transported 365 km to the Matoush property for off-site processing. To mitigate transportation costs, automated ore sorting technology utilizing radiometric sensors is proposed. This system separates uranium-bearing ore from gangue on an individual rock basis by measuring gamma ray emissions, reducing the volume of material to be transported by approximately 42%.

Irokinda — 2012 Technical Report

This technical report section outlines the recovery methods and processing plant facilities at the Irokinda mine. The plant operates year-round with a main throughput of approximately 230,000 t/y and a third processing line of 40,000 t/y. The metallurgical process utilizes gravity and flotation circuits to produce a gravity concentrate for smelting and a flotation concentrate for off-site CIP treatment at the Zun-Holba mine. The facility includes crushing, grinding, gravity concentration, flotation, and tailings storage. A site inspection in May 2012 confirmed the plant was well maintained.

Kings Valley Lithium Project — 2012 Technical Report

This Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) outlines the processing methods for the Kings Valley Lithium Project. The plant is designed for a throughput of 2,100 tpd, operating 365 days per year. The facility consists of a dry ore preparation circuit and a wet recovery circuit. Key products include Lithium Carbonate (Li2CO3), Potassium Sulfate (K2SO4), and Sodium Sulfate (Na2SO4). The process utilizes roll crushers, Raymond mills, and a rotary calciner for ore preparation, followed by agitated tank leaching and crystallization for product recovery.
