Monterde Project Technical Report

This technical report outlines the recovery methods for the Monterde Project, based on metallurgical testwork and engineering design appropriate for a preliminary economic assessment. The proposed processing plant is designed to treat 2,800 tonnes per day of ore, utilizing a conventional gold and silver recovery circuit. The design focuses on maximizing metal recovery while minimizing capital and operating costs through the use of agitated tank cyanide leaching, counter current decantation, and a Merrill Crowe finishing step.

Klaza Project — 2018 Technical Report

This technical report details updated diamond drilling, metallurgical testing, and mineral resources for the Klaza Project in Yukon, Canada. The report outlines a processing flowsheet that incorporates gravity pre-concentration to reduce grinding circuit tonnage by approximately 50%. The process involves crushing run-of-mine material to 9.5 mm, screening fines, and gravity concentration on the coarse fraction. The resulting concentrate is blended with fines and fed to a grinding circuit followed by sequential rougher and cleaner flotation to produce gold-rich lead and zinc concentrates.

Copper Creek Project — 2023 Technical Report

The report details the recovery methods for the Copper Creek Project, outlining two distinct process flowsheets designed to treat mineralized materials from various deposits. The primary process utilizes froth flotation to beneficiate copper, molybdenum, and silver from transitional and sulphide materials, with a nominal throughput of 30,000 t/d. The second process extracts copper from oxide materials via heap leaching, solvent extraction, and electrowinning, with a nominal throughput of 6,850 t/d.

Lost Creek’s ISR Plant, Running Since 2013, Recovers Uranium by Ion Exchange, HCl Decarbonation and Peroxide Precipitation

The Lost Creek ISR Uranium Property utilizes an In Situ Recovery (ISR) method for uranium extraction, with a processing plant operational since August 2013. The facility comprises four major solution circuits: uranium recovery via ion exchange (IX), elution to strip uranium from resin, yellowcake precipitation, and dewatering, drying, and packaging. The process involves pumping production fluid containing dissolved uranyl carbonate to the plant, where uranium is extracted onto resin, eluted, and precipitated using hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide.

Kansanshi Operations — 2024 Technical Report

The Kansanshi Operations in Zambia comprise three main processing circuits: an oxide circuit with a capacity of 7 Mtpa, a mixed ore circuit with 8 Mtpa, and a sulphide circuit with 13 Mtpa. Current total feed capacity is approximately 28 Mtpa, with production data from 2019 to 2023 showing varying recovery rates for copper and gold. The facility utilizes a combination of crushing, milling, flotation, and hydrometallurgical processes to treat oxide, mixed, and sulphide ores. Gold recovery is achieved through natural flotation and gravity concentration using centrifugal concentrators and shaking tables.

NICO Project — 2012 Technical Report

The NICO Project recovery methods involve a two-stage process designed to extract gold, cobalt, bismuth, and copper from sulphide ore. The initial stage occurs at the project site in the Northwest Territories, where a bulk flotation concentrate is produced from underground and open pit mining operations. This concentrate is then transported to the Saskatchewan Metals Processing Plant (SMPP) for hydrometallurgical treatment to separate the individual commodities into saleable products.

Pumpkin Hollow Project — 2018 Integrated Study Document

This Technical Report details the recovery methods for the Pumpkin Hollow Copper Project in Yerington, Nevada. Two development options are presented: Case A, a standalone 5,000 stpd underground mine, and Case B, an integrated 70,000 stpd operation combining open pit and underground mining. The processing plant design focuses on a SABC comminution circuit followed by rougher, regrind, and cleaner flotation circuits to produce a copper concentrate targeted at 26.0% Cu.
