Executive Summary
This section of the technical report outlines the recovery methods currently employed at the Golden Valley project. The site features a small-scale crushing and cyanide leach plant registered to process third-party material. This technology is standard for small-scale operations in Zimbabwe and is designed to treat free gold found in the oxide cap.
Scientific metallurgical test work has not yet been conducted by the Issuer or White Satin to fully characterize the ore body. Future exploration programmes aim to establish the depth of the oxide cap where free gold is available and assess recovery challenges in deeper sulphide zones. Current operations rely on existing equipment including a 3-stem stamp mill and an ABJ Ball Mill.
Potential production capabilities are estimated based on current throughput assumptions. With a potential throughput of 24 tonnes per day, the plant could process approximately 8,640 tonnes annually. Assuming an average recovered grade of 3g/t, this equates to roughly 833 ounces of gold per annum, generating estimated gross revenue of US$1.5 million per year at current gold prices.
